You obviously have him since you feel the conviction and know what you need to correct. Ask God to fill you with his holy spirit everyday to guide you. He sometimes speaks through your thoughts even while youre just goin thru your day. The better you know the word of God and pray, the better you know his voice. He has spoken to you before. With studying his word you will know to distinguish his voice from your own thoughts. Everyone has things that they need to work on in their life. Ask God daily to strengthen you in his spirit and help you to resist temptation. With things you pray for find a scripture to pray to God about the situation that deals with it. God watches over his word carefully to perform it."
